Hector’s team installed 3 new thermostats and after a short period of use one turned out defective. One phone call to Hector and we quickly had a new thermostat installed…..great customer service by a very competent group!

I have nothing but great things to say about Hector and his crew! I was originally working with another well known company, and they left me hanging.. I reached out to Husky and got a call from Hector in less than 30 mins that same day, not only did I get his call I got the estimate and a couple days later had my install scheduled. Alejandro and Oscar got our new furnace replaced in 2 days, their work was precise and clean! I would 100% recommend Husky and will be using them for any future work. Thank you all at Husky!

Husky put in a Heating/AC system and a minisplit system five years ago. They have been working great since then. Additionally, they are still willing to come and service our systems for preventative maintenance after five years for a reasonable fee. They were very meticulous as they checked both of our systems. They cleaned and washed out both systems, and they looked like new once they were done. We are very satisfied with their service. We will have them come back on a yearly basis and highly recommend them for anyone wanting to buy either a heating/AC or a minisplit system.

We have been using Husky since 2021.. Hector and his crew are always on time, their work is great and done timely, they are honest and help out in emergencies. Just today, I asked Chris to check on the roof to see if there was some piping I needed to have wrapped. He looked and he wrapped! So dependable. Highly recommend.

After getting four estimates from previous HVAC companies I finally called York HVAC company to give me a referral in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They did, and Hector from Husky Refrigeration & HVAC was the right one for me. Hector responded right away and came to my house to inspect and evaluate my old HVAC. He is a very forthright, honest, and a professional businessman. He told me when he and his crew were coming to remove the old dysfunctional HVAC unit from my roof and they were right on time and courteous and professional. Great experience and fast service from Hector and his crew. After getting a ridiculous quote and a boiler plate repair assessment from one of the larger Plumbing repair guys in town for $4000.00 which didn't diagnose anything and was as much as I paid for the unit install five years ago. They also gave me a $12,000 option to replace!! Inflation?!?! Come on! Im not a commercial busieness. Anyways, I asked a contractor friend of mine and he reffered me to Hector and Huskey. Dealing with the owner was great and his crew diagnosed a blower issue. I elected to get a new unit which was 1/2 the price I was quoted from the bigger outfits. HALF!!!! Unit is working great and has a 12 year warranty on parts/components. Definitely satisfied customer! Give these guys a call as you start getting bids for you home or business repairs.

Husky installed my heating, cooling unit four years ago. They ever since have supported the care, maintenance, as well as always (no matter what day or time given excellent service if I needed) they are the best!

Husky HVAC & Mechanical give me a fair price for replacing my furnace and air conditioner. They communicated clearly and acted professionally throughout the process from arriving when expected to providing a written estimate to dealing with unexpected complications of the install. I would highly recommend them.

Couldn’t be more impressed with Husky! Hector is great and is more than happy to help you out. Very professional and always responds to texts/calls. Chris came out and fixed our furnace in no time. He was able to answer all my questions and I believe the price was very fair.

Husky was able to come within a couple hours of me calling for service. They quickly diagnosed the problem with the Furnace & showed me the broken part. They didn't have the exact part on the truck. They returned within a few hours with the correct part & quickly fixed the furnace.

Our furnace wouldn’t turn back on after a power outage, it was after hours and Hector was able to come out and get our heat back on in no time. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and educated me on how my furnace worked. I Definitely would contact him again if needed and would recommend Husky to anyone.

I was in a rush to get service for my heater, I called few different companies and Husky were the ones that replied to me immediately. The person who picked up the phone was very helpful and friendly. I asked her if she speak Spanish because I feel more comfortable taking on my primary language and thank goodness she did! Then she told me someone else was going to call me back to ask for more information to tell me what time they will be able to come. Hector, is the name of the person who call me right away and again, very nice and helpful. He game me an eta and he did came very close to the time. Later on he called me to tell me what was the problem with the furnace. I sincerely recommend their service, not only for the things mentioned above, what is also very important is that he could say that it was a very expensive part or whatever needed, instead he was very honest telling me it was just a very simple procedure he has done and it got resolved. Outstanding company. Highly recommended. Retro-fit installed a Mitsubishi min-split and heat pump AC system for the whole house – a huge job. Worth noting, the entire project was accomplished in a rural area 2 hours from Santa Fe, in record-breaking August heat. The estimate was below expected. It was complete and final; there were no additional costs. Hector M. is extremely knowledgeable about the system’s options. His time line and estimate were all detailed and accurate. The entire installation team was very professional, highly coordinated, efficient, personable and courteous. Superlatives, all the way around!
